Error: Word cannot open custom ... (due to read-only or used by other user).
Error:
Word cannot open custom dictionary.
Cause:
Either another application is using the dictionary file, or the document is read-only.
Solution:
Start the custom dictionary after the other application is finished using it, or disable read-only.
To disable read-only:
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'.
2) Clear the 'Read Only' check box.
